Keisha C. Hill has been teaching Yoga, Mindfulness, and Wellness for over 20 years. With more than 1,000 hours of formal instructor training, she has facilitated retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings across the United States as well as internationally. As a yoga and wellness mentor, Keisha guides students in cultivating sustainable habits that nurture the body, mind, and spirit. She integrates practical movement, breathwork, and self-care practices to support nervous system balance, promote freedom in the body, and enhance overall well-being. She is especially passionate about working with women over 50, empowering them to feel strong, confident, and thriving throughout mid and later seasons of life.
